According to my experience helping people to understand their dreams, I can tell you that a dream in which a snake is trying to bite you usually happens when the dreamer is feeling too much stress or tension in real life.
What does it mean to dream of a snake trying to bite me?
Dreaming of snake trying to bite you is often a warning signal of very unsafe personal situations or toxic social environments in real life. It is possible you are sensing too many risks in a relationship with someone you cannot trust.
It is possible that your unconscious is telling you that you need to change or eliminate bad habits or attitudes in you which may be causing you problems in the present. Perhaps the snake represents some sense of guilt or discomfort for something you are not doing well.
This dream could be just expressing the fact that you are dissatisfied with your current social image. Certainly, it is possible that you feel uneasy about what certain individuals may be saying or commenting about you.

If you dream of a snake trying to attack you, it may be be revealing that you may be going through a series of changes, which is perfectly normal and not a bad thing. But it’s just a wake-up call to your life choices and how they’re affecting you.
Precisely, this dream may be showing that you will finally have begun to address personal or family matters being neglected or ignored, and by doing this, you may begin to notice the annoying resistance or opposition from individuals around you, which may be hurting you in some way (emotionally).
The size and type of snake may indicate the extent of the problem or concern. For example, if it’s a small snake, it could mean it’s something pretty harmless, he says. If, on the contrary, the snake is pretty large or big, it can be a sign that you fear the unknown ( your future, the welfare of your loved ones, etc) and warns you soon of major changes in your life that you cannot control.
Remember, this is not necessarily a premonitory dream and does not necessarily mean that it will come true. You should take into consideration that it’s not exactly a snake in real life that may cause you harm, but rather a toxic individual near you, someone you may know who may be trying to do or say bad things about you.
